Hodi Hodi buys locally produced raw produce, optimises its consumption of water and electricity, and recycles as much as possible. All the hotel’s staff are from the nearby village and the hotel has a close relationship with the local school.
The hotel’s cuisine is inspired by Spain, India and the Middle East, but all the ingredients used come from the island and flavoured with Zanzibar’s delicious spices.
The hotel has 7 rooms , divided between 3 beach houses. Two of the houses can accommodate 6 - 8 people, as there are 2 double rooms and a family suite in each house. These houses can either be booked entirely by a large family, or on an individual room basis. The third house can sleep a maximum of 5 people, and is ideal for a family that would like the opportunity to enjoy a little more privacy, while still being able to use the hotel’s facilities. The hotel has a restaurant and a plunge pool.
